Each week I am going to put up my training schedule. I have the full outline but I can't get it to stay in the exact boxes. It's all jammed together. If you want a peak, just drop me a line in the comments box and send me your email and I will send it to you. If I already know your email just send me a quick note.
Each morning I get up at 5:00am. Now that my training is finally here I will get up and go for my run and stay on my training plan. I have put the longer runs on the Friday evenings in the start just because I think it will be easier for my schedule. That way I can have my weekends to rest up and not worry about what I have to do next. These will most likely be my cheat days with food. I will also be cutting down on my drinking.
I will start drinking more water. I will try really hard to drink the whole 8 glasses. I have read that amount is not the best amount. The best amount for yourself is when you’re thirsty. Don't over do it and don't under do it.
